If your current host uses Enhance, you can perform a full account migration that transfers all websites, databases, email accounts, and settings in one operation.
Step 1: Export Your Website Files & Database
On your current host, log in to Enhance and go to Files > Backup. Click Download a Full Account Backup and wait for the email notification. Download the .tar.gz backup file to your computer.
Step 2: Upload to Double Hosting
Log in to your Double Hosting Enhance panel. Go to Files > File Manager and upload the backup to your home directory (not public_html). Alternatively, use SFTP to upload the file β it's faster for large backups.
Step 3: Restore the Backup
Contact Double Hosting support and provide the backup file path. Our team will perform the account migration using WHM, which recreates all databases, email accounts, files, and settings from the backup.
Step 4: Update DNS
Once we confirm everything is running correctly on Double Hosting, update your domain's nameservers or A records to point to the new server. See the DNS Cutover guide for a zero-downtime approach.
